When you send a request via the form, WhatsApp or email we collect: name, email address, phone/WhatsApp number, activity and travel dates you provide. We do not collect payment data on this site.

3. Purpose and legal basis

Your data is used solely to answer your request, prepare quotes and manage your bookings (performance of pre-contractual measures, art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). With your consent (checkbox) we contact you about your request only.

4. Recipients

Data may be shared with the local operators strictly necessary to deliver the booked activity. Form submissions are processed via FormSubmit (formsubmit.co). No data is sold to third parties.

5. Retention

We keep request data for up to 24 months, then delete it, unless a longer retention is required by law.

6. Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure or portability of your data at any time by writing to starthubproject1@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

7. Cookies

This site uses only technical storage (sessionStorage) for the WhatsApp popup display. No profiling or third-party tracking cookies are used.
